Washington and Lee law professor Lyman Johnson is presenting Feb. 18 at UCLA School of Law as part of a symposium titled “Can Delaware Be Dethroned? Evaluating Delaware’s Dominance of Corporate Law.” The event is co-sponsored by the Lowell Milken Institute for Business Law and Policy at UCLA.
Prof. Johnson will present as part of a panel on doctrinal aspects of corporate law. His presentation is titled “Dominance by Inaction: Delaware’s Long Silence on Corporate Officers.”
