On February 10-11, 2017 Prof. Sahani was selected to present her work-in-progress, Governing Third-Party Funders, at the American Society of Comparative Law Younger Comparativists Committee’s Comparative Business and Financial Law Workshop hosted by the University of Kansas School of Law.
Her forthcoming article explores existing codes of conduct or professional responsibility for third-party funders and examines potential mechanisms of enforcement of such a code.
