
Washington and Lee law professor Christopher Seaman’s scholarship has just been cited the US. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
On Thursday, March 16, 2017 the Court issued its decision in Mentor Graphics v. EVE-USA, Inc. Professor Seaman’s article, Reconsidering the Georgia-Pacific Standard for Reasonable Royalty Patent Damages, 2010 B.Y.U. L. Rev. 1661 (2010), is cited for its discussion of lost profit patent damages (see page 12 of the decision).
