Professor Seaman Speaks at Annual ABA Intellectual Property Conference

On Thursday, April 7, 2017, Washington and Lee law professor Christopher Seaman spoke at the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law’s 32nd Annual IP Law Conference held in Arlington, Virginia.   Professor Seaman participated on a panel entitled  “The New Landscape of Trade Secrets”  with other experts to discuss the impact of the Defend Trade Secrets Act of 2016 .
