Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium features W&L faculty member Lyman Johnson

The upcoming Delaware Corporate Law Anniversary Symposium will be held on September 26 & 27, 2017.  The symposium commemorates the 50th anniversary of the 1967 general revision of the Delaware General Corporation Law, the 225th anniversary of the establishment of the Delaware Court of Chancery and the 25th anniversary of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act.

Washington and Lee law professor Lyman Johnson will participate as a panelist in a discussion titled “The Purpose of the Delaware Corporation”.  The panel is moderated by Frederick H. Alexander, Esq. of Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell LLP.  Professor Johnson is joined on the panel by The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr., Chief Justice, Supreme Court of Delaware, Professor Elizabeth Pollman of Loyola Law School, and Morman M. Monhait, Esq. of Rosenthal, Monhait & Goddess, P.A.
