Announcing the upcoming meeting of the American Society of Political and Legal Philosophy on “Immigration, Emigration and Migration.” The meeting will be held just prior to the AALS annual meeting in New Orleans this year: Friday, January 4, 2013, 8 AM – 2 PM in the Westin. Principle papers will be delivered by Judith Resnik (Law, Yale), Sarah Song (Political Science and Law, Berkeley) and Thomas Christiano, (Philosophy, Arizona). Commentators include Adam Cox (Law, NYU) and Christian Rodriguez (Law, NYU), among other political scientists and philosophers. Sessions will be chaired by Jeremy Waldron (Law and Politics, Oxford and NYU), Robin West, (Law, Georgetown) and Nancy Rosenblum (Government, Harvard).

The meeting is open to anyone interested, however advance papers are available to members of the ASPLP who will also receive a copy of NOMOS that is produced based on the proceedings of this conference.
