Washington and Lee law professor Lyman Johnson recently presented at the Eighth Annual Round-table Discussion on Investment Funds, hosted by Boston University School of Law. The wide-ranging colloquium addressed legal topics such as regulation and litigation but also addressed how media should cover topics critical to investors. The event concluded with a discussion of future developments, including high-frequency trading and alternative mutual funds.
